Christian Albrecht (theologian)

Christian Albrecht (* 1961 in Ahrensburg ) is a German theologian .

Life

From 1981 to 1988 he studied Protestant theology , philosophy and art history in Munich , Heidelberg and Hamburg . From 1989 to 1992 he received a doctoral scholarship from the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung . From 1992 to 1994 he was vicar at Lübeck Cathedral . From 1994 to 1995 he was pastor i. E. to St. Petri zu Lübeck and habilitation scholarship from the DFG . From 1995 to 2001 he was a research assistant for practical theology in the Protestant theological faculty of the University of Tübingen . From 2001 to 2008 he taught as professor for Protestant theology and cultural history of Christianity in the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Erfurt . Since 2008 he has been Professor of Practical Theology in the Evangelical Theological Faculty of LMU Munich .

His research focuses on principles , homiletics , poimenics , liturgics , diakonics , cybernetics , religious and community education , pastoral theology , art and media theory .
