Christian Batliner
Christian Batliner (born September 7, 1968 in Chur ) is a Liechtenstein lawyer and politician .
biography
Batliner studied at the University of Freiburg Law and graduated in 1994 with a licentiate in law from. He then attended the University of Innsbruck and did his doctorate there in 1999 . In the same year he passed his bar exam. At the University of St. Gallen , he completed a postgraduate degree in European and international business law, which he completed in 2001 with a Master of Law and Business .
Batliner has been an independent lawyer since 2000. In 2002 the merger to form the law firm Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte , which is based in Vaduz . Founded as a simple company, it was converted into a stock corporation in 2008 . In addition, Batliner was a judge at the Administrative Court from 2001 to 2009 and a member of the examination board for lawyers from 2006 to 2009.
In February 2009 , Batliner was elected to the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the first time for the Progressive Citizens' Party . There he was a member of the business audit commission and also chaired it. He was re-elected in February 2013 . In the new state parliament he is a member of the EEA Commission and also chairs it. In the state election in 2017 , he has not raced for.
