Christian Friedrich von Ramin

Christian Friedrich von Ramin (born January 8, 1714 in Ramin , Randowscher Kreis , † February 9, 1761 in Stettin ) was a Prussian judicial attorney, from 1753 until his death vice-president of the Pomeranian government .

He was a member of the noble family of Ramin . His father Jürgen Bernd von Ramin (* 1693; † 1775) was a district administrator of the Randow district and landowner. His mother Elisabeth Eleonore (* 1698, † 1727) was also born by Ramin. His brother Carl Bogislav von Ramin (* 1716; † not determined) was like the father district administrator of the Randow district.

From 1731 Christian Friedrich von Ramin studied law at the University of Frankfurt (Oder) . He went to the Prussian judicial service. In 1737 he became a councilor to the Pomeranian government in Stettin , in 1745 he was government and consistorial councilor and adjoint feudal secretary. In 1753 he finally became Vice President as the successor to the late Carl Joseph von Dewitz . He died in 1761; Gustav Heinrich von Enckevort succeeded him in office in 1763 .

Christian Friedrich von Ramin married Anna Margaretha Dorothea von Schwerin in 1746, daughter of Count Hans Bogislav von Schwerin , land hunter master and hereditary chef from Western Pomerania. The marriage produced five sons.

Ramin received the goods Ramin , Salzow, Sonnenberg, Retzin and Schmagerow from his father in 1754 . After his death in 1761, the goods fell to his sons.
