Christian Heuberger (born December 5, 1984 in Schutterwald ) is a German handball player who was most recently under contract with TGS Pforzheim . The 1.90 meter tall right-handed player is mainly used as a circular runner , but can also play in the back and on the left wing .

Career

Christian Heuberger started with handball at TuS Schutterwald . After he later for the TuS and the TV 08 Willstätt formed SG Willstätt / Schutterwald aground, he moved in 2005 to the second division SG BBM Bietigheim with which he in the 2014 Handball Bundesliga rise. In summer 2015 he joined the third division TGS Pforzheim. In February 2016, his syndesmosis tape tore . Heuberger has been without a contract since the end of the 2015/16 season. In December 2016 he took over the coaching position of the district classist TV Tamm.

Heuberger played 45 international matches for the German youth and junior national team. At the 2003 European Youth Championship he won the silver medal and was 2004 European Junior Champion .

Christian Heuberger works for the municipal utility in Bietigheim-Bissingen . He is a nephew of Martin Heuberger , the former coach of the German national handball team .
