Christian Jülich

Christian Jülich (born September 28, 1938 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German lawyer and author of specialist literature , especially on school law .

Life

Jülich studied law and political science in Tübingen and Münster . During his studies in 1958 he became active in the Derendingia Tübingen fraternity . In 1966 he received his doctorate with a thesis on "Equal Opportunities for Parties" with Hans Ulrich Scupin (Münster) and after the Second State Examination (1968) he worked as an assistant at the Institute for Public Law and Politics in Münster, then as a legal councilor in the Evangelical Office North Rhine-Westphalia and from 1971 in the North Rhine-Westphalia Ministry of Culture . Most recently, he was Head of the Central Department as Ministerial Director in the Ministry of Schools and Continuing Education and then Head of the Legal Department. He was founding co-editor of the magazine " SchulVerwaltung NRW" (1990) and has published numerous articles on school law, most recently in particular - together with Werner van den Hövel - the "School Law Handbook North Rhine-Westphalia" (2005) with a commentary on the School Act NRW .

His father-in-law was the lawyer and politician Gustav Bergmann .
