Christian Konrad Meurer

Christian Konrad Meurer (born November 23, 1958 in Malchow ) is a German journalist and freelance author.

Life

Shortly after his birth, his parents fled with him from the GDR via Berlin to Schleswig-Holstein . After training as a graphic designer at the Alsterdamm Art School in Hamburg and studying Slavic and Romance studies in Hamburg , Mainz and Moscow , he published mainly biographical depictions of well-known or formerly well-known German celebrities (including the satirist Heino Jaeger ), from 1990 to 1993 in of Kowalski magazine , from 1992 to 2008 in Titanic magazine . He is in charge of the Friday crossword puzzle for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung . Meurer lives in Hohenlockstedt near Itzehoe in southern Holstein.
