Christian Ludwig von Eberstein

Christian Ludwig von Eberstein (born October 15, 1650 in Gehofen ; † October 24, 1717 in Neuhaus ) was a royal Polish and electoral Saxon, also Anhalt-Bernburg superintendent in Harzgerode , chief miner, chief sergeant and chief forester at Gehofen, Neuhaus and Passbruch, Heir and court lord, as well as owner of the count's offices Leinungen and Morungen .

Life

He came from the noble von Eberstein family and was a son of Field Marshal General Ernst Albrecht von Eberstein . Christian Ludwig took over an extensive legacy that he was able to consolidate and expand. In addition, he acquired the iron hammer from Bennungen . After his death he was buried on February 16, 1718 in the church in Rotha .
