Christiane Jörges

Christiane Jörges , née Gerboth , (born March 2, 1966 in Wippra ) is a German journalist , television presenter and news anchor .

Life

Born the daughter of a pastor Gerboth was after a study of pedagogy 1990-1991 spokeswoman of the newscast Currently the German Television (DFF) and the radio station Germany transmitter Culture (DS culture). From 1991, with an interruption from 1994 to 1996, she was the presenter for ProSieben Nachrichten and Newstime for almost 20 years . In 2011, Laura Dünnwald took over her successor. From 1994 to 1998 she was married to Peter Kunz , then head of the ZDF studio in Nairobi . She has been married to Hans-Ulrich Jörges since 2008 .
