effect

Christiane Jaccottet was a pioneer in historical performance practice . She often played on instruments from her own collection of valuable historical keyboard instruments (e.g. Hans Ruckers , Antwerp 1642). Many of her recordings (including all of Johann Sebastian Bach's harpsichord works ) were placed by cheap labels and thus found wide distribution.
