Clare Kramer
Clare Kramer (born September 3, 1974 in Atlanta , Georgia ) is an American actress . She was best known for her role as the main opponent of Buffy in the fifth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer .
biography
Kramer grew up in Ohio . After high school , she moved to New York , where she studied acting at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts . After moving to Los Angeles , she was involved in various theater productions. Her first film role followed in 1997 with a small supporting role in In & Out . She had a bigger role in 2000 in Girls United , where she first worked with Eliza Dushku , with whom she is friends.
Her role in the fifth season of Buffy as the psychotic goddess of hell Glory made her known to a wider audience. In 2002 she played alongside other series stars such as James van der Beek and Jessica Biel in the film The Rules of the Game . Her first leading role followed in the third part of the The Skulls films. She has also appeared in various other television series , including Tru Calling , where she again starred alongside Eliza Dushku . In 2005 and 2006 she played leading roles in several independent films .
Kramer is active in various charitable organizations and projects. She has been married since 2005.
