Claudio Muccioli

Claudio Muccioli (* 1958 ) is a San Marinese politician and a former member of the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese .

Muccioli is a doctor and heads the occupational safety department (UOC Sicurezza sul Lavoro) of the San Marino social insurance institution, Istituto di sicurezza sociale . and is President of the Anti-Doping Commission of the National Olympic Committee of San Marino .

In 2001, Muccioli was elected to the Consiglio Grande e Generale , the San Marinese parliament, for the first time on the PDCS list. In the 2006 general election and was re-elected. He did not stand for the parliamentary elections in 2012. In the term of office from October 1, 2005 to April 1, 2006, Muccioli was together with Antonello Bacciocchi Capitano Reggente (head of state). In the legislative period from 2008 to 2012 he was a member of the Consiglio dei XII and the Health Committee.

Muccioli was accused of having issued a certificate of courtesy in March 2011 for the mother-in-law of then Minister of Health Claudio Podeschi . He was then charged with forgery and suspended from his ISS employer. In March 2015, the process was suspended due to the statute of limitations. The PDCS also suspended its membership.
