Clemens von Wedemeyer

Clemens von Wedemeyer (born August 30, 1974 in Göttingen ) is a German filmmaker and video artist .

From 1996 von Wedemeyer studied photography and media at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and from 1999 at the Leipzig University of Graphics and Book Art , from which he graduated in 2005 as a master class student . In 2006 he won the German competition of the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen with the short film Rien du tout (together with Maya Schweizer ) and received the Karl Schmidt-Rottluff scholarship .

His works, which range between acted film and installation, have been shown at numerous international group exhibitions, including documenta 12 and 13.
