Colin Bradford

Colin Bradford (born May 30, 1955 in Saint Catherine Parish ) is a retired Jamaican sprinter .

At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal he was seventh over 200 m and fifth in the 4 x 400 meter relay . He reached the quarter-finals over 100 m .

In 1978 he won silver at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in the 4-by-400-meter relay and bronze over 200 meters and in the 4-by-100-meter relay .

In 1979 he won the Central America and Caribbean Championships over 400 m . At the Pan American Games in San Juan he was sixth in the 400 m and won silver with the Jamaican 4 x 400 meter relay. At the Athletics World Cup in Montreal , he came in sixth over 400 m and fifth in the American 4 x 400 meter relay.

At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, he reached the quarter-finals over 200 m . In the 4-by-100-meter relay and the 4-by-400-meter relay , he was eliminated in advance.

In 1981 he won the Central America and Caribbean Championships over 100 m . At the Athletics World Cup in Rome he was over 100 m and fifth with the American 4-by-100-meter relay and third with the American 4-by-400-meter relay.

At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 , he was seventh in the 4 x 400 meters relay and failed over 200 m in the first round.
