Coline Ballet-Baz (born June 12, 1992 in Fontaine-lès-Dijon ) is a French freestyle skier . She starts in the disciplines of slopestyle and big air .

Career

Ballet-Baz has been taking part in FIS and AFP World Tour competitions since 2013 . In the 2012/13 season she achieved her first podium finishes in slopestyle at the SFR Tour with second place in Vars and first place in Val Thorens . She made her debut in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup in February 2013 in Silvaplana and took 17th place in Slopestyle. At the SFR Tour in Val Thorens, she took second place in slopestyle in 2014 and 2015. In January 2015, she was tenth in slopestyle at the 2015 Freestyle Skiing World Championships on Kreischberg . After first place at the Stubai Freeski Open and at the same time European Cup at the beginning of the 2016/17 season, she achieved her first podium finish in the World Cup in January 2017 with second place on the Seiser Alm . This was followed by four top ten placements in the World Cup and thus reached third place in the Slopestyle World Cup. At the Freestyle Skiing World Championships 2017 in Sierra Nevada , she was ninth in slopestyle. At the beginning of the 2017/18 season, she won her first World Cup victory in Big Air in Milan and thus achieved fifth place in the Big Air World Cup.
