action
Tom Cannon is a tap dancer and is considered the "College King" at his university. Now he is looking for his "College Queen" for the next upcoming competition. He opts for Cindy Harris, who can sing and dance and who finances her studies through the waiter. Tom and Cindy win the tournament, she is now the new "College Queen".
