Communauté de communes de la Plaine de la Sauer et du Seltzbach
The Communauté de communes de la plaine de la Sauer et du Seltzbach is a former union of 10 municipalities in the French department of Bas-Rhin in the French region of Alsace . The Communauté de communes was founded in 1982 and replaced the only two-year-old intercommunal umbrella association Syndicat intercommunal à vocations multiples ( SIVOM ) cantonal de Seltz .
The association of municipalities merged with the Communauté de communes de Seltz - Delta de la Sauer and the Communauté de communes de la Lauter , effective January 1, 2014 , forming the new Communauté de communes de la Plaine du Rhin .
