The Communauté de communes des Deux Sources (also: Communauté de communes of the two sources written) was a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It was founded on December 26, 2007 and comprised 50 parishes. The administrative seat was in Bavincourt .

Historical development

The community association was created in 2008 through the merger of the predecessor organizations Communauté de communes du Canton de Pas-en-Artois and Communauté de communes des Villages Solidaires .

On January 1, 2017, the community association was merged with the Communauté de communes La Porte des Vallées and the Communauté de communes de l'Atrébatie to form the newly founded Communauté de communes des Campagnes de l'Artois . In contrast to this, the municipalities of Hébuterne , Foncquevillers , Gommecourt , Puisieux , Sailly-au-Bois and Souastre joined the Communauté de communes du Sud-Artois .
