Bienvillers-au-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pommier in the north and north-west, Berles-au-Bois in the north, Monchy-au-Bois in the north-east, Hannescamps in the east and north-east, Foncquevillers in the south, Souastre in the south-west and Saint-Amand in the West.
