Monchy-au-Bois is about 14 kilometers southwest of Arras . Monchy-au-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Berles-au-Bois in the north and northwest, Ransart in the north and northeast, Adinfer in the east and northeast, Douchy-lès-Ayette in the east, Bucquoy in the south and east, Hannescamps in the south as well Bienvilliers-au-Bois to the west and south-west.
