Buissy is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Pas-de-Calais department , the Arrondissement Arras and the canton of Bapaume ( canton of Marquion until 2015 ). She belonged to the Communauté de communes de Marquion from 2000-14 and then joined the Communauté de communes Osartis Marquion . It borders on Villers-lès-Cagnicourt in the north-west, Baralle in the north- east, Inchy-en-Artois in the south-east and Pronville and Quéant in the south-west .
