Bourlon is a French commune with 1,156 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016: Nord-Pas-de-Calais ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Arras and the Canton of Bapaume (until 2015: Canton of Marquion ). The inhabitants are called Bourlonais .

Bourlon is about six kilometers west of Cambrai . Neighboring municipalities of Bourlon are Marquion in the north and north-west, Haynecourt in the north-east, Raillencourt-Sainte-Olle in the east and north-east, Fontaine-Notre-Dame in the east and south-east, Anneux in the south, Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt in the south and south-west, Mœuvres in the Southwest and Sains-lès-Marquion in the northwest.
The A26 autoroute runs through the municipality .
