Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt is a French municipality with 638 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Arras and the Canton of Bapaume (until 2015: Canton of Marquion ). The inhabitants are called Graincourtois .
geography
Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt is about eight kilometers west-southwest of Cambrai . The Canal du Nord crosses the west of the municipality . Neighboring communities of Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt are Mœuvres in the north and north-west, Bourlon in the north and north-east, Anneux in the east and north-east, Cantaing-sur-Escaut in the east, Flesquières in the south, Havrincourt in the south and south-west and Boursies in the west.
On the eastern edge of the municipality is the motorway junction between the A2 and the A26 .
