Barastre is a commune in the French Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Bapaume (until 2015 canton of Bertincourt ) in the Arrondissement of Arras . It borders in the north-west on Villers-au-Flos , in the north on Haplincourt , in the north-east on Bertincourt , in the east on Bus , in the south on Mesnil-en-Arrouaise and in the south-west on Rocquigny .
