Ablainzevelle is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Pas-de-Calais department , the Arrondissement Arras and the canton of Bapaume ( canton of Croisilles until 2015 ). The residents call themselves Ablainzevellois. It is bordered by Ayette in the northwest , Moyenneville in the northeast, Courcelles-le-Comte in the east, Achiet-le-Petit in the southeast and Bucquoy in the southwest .
