Bucquoy ( Flemish : Buschwerkstei or Bukkool ) is a French municipality with 1,461 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Arras and the Canton of Bapaume (until 2015: Canton of Croisilles ). The inhabitants are called Bucquoysiens .

Bucquoy is about 16 kilometers south-southwest of Arras . Bucquoy is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Monchy-au-Bois in the north and north-west, Douchy-lès-Ayette in the north, Ayette in the north-east, Ablainzevelle in the east, Achiet-le-Petit in the south-east, Miraumont and Puisieux in the south, Hébuterne in the south-west, Gommecourt and Foncquevillers in the west and Hannescamps in the northwest.
