The Communauté de communes du Canton de Ribiers Val de Méouge was a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Hautes-Alpes department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and in the Drôme department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It was founded on December 30, 1993 and comprised six parishes. The administrative seat was in the Commune nouvelle Val Buëch-Méouge . Its layout corresponded to that of the canton Ribiers , which was dissolved in 2015, plus the municipality of Lachaux from the Drôme department, which means that it was structured across departments and regions. The second part of the name refers to the river Méouge , whose catchment area was partly part of the community association.

The Communauté de communes du Canton de Ribiers Val de Méouge merged on January 1, 2017 with six other Communauté de communes to form the Communauté de communes du Sisteronais-Buëch .
