The Communauté de communes du Haut-Jura is (ARCADE), a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It was founded on December 31, 1993 and comprises four parishes. The administrative headquarters are in the village of Hauts de Bienne .
