Hauts de Bienne is a French commune with 5,350 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Claude and the canton of Morez .
It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2016 by merging the previous municipalities of Morez , La Mouille and Lézat , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Morez.
