Coteaux du Lizon is a commune in the French department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs there to the canton of Saint-Claude in the arrondissement of Saint-Claude .

It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017, when the previous municipalities of Cuttura and Saint-Lupicin were merged by a decree of July 4, 2016 and converted into Communes deleguées . The latter is the main town (chief lieu).
