The Communauté de communes du Pays d'Argentat is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Corrèze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on December 11, 2002 and comprised eleven parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Argentat .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged with the

and thus formed the successor organization Communauté de communes Xaintrie Val'Dordogne . On this occasion, the municipality of Argentat formed a commune nouvelle with the name of Argentat-sur-Dordogne with the community of Saint-Bazile-de-la-Roche from the Communauté de communes du Doustre et du Plateau des Étangs .
