Saint-Bazile-de-la- Roche is a town and commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Argentat-sur-Dordogne with 142 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The inhabitants call themselves Saint-Bazilois (es).

The municipality of Saint-Bazile-de-la-Roche merged with Argentat on January 1, 2017 to form the new municipality of Argentat-sur-Dordogne .
