The XIII Comunità Montana Monti Lepini e Ausoni is an association of a total of 12 municipalities in the Italian province of Frosinone . It was formed by the usually quite small communities, which are at least partly in mountain regions, in order to strengthen the region's economic development. Further tasks are the strengthening of tourism, nature protection and the preservation of rural culture and historical sites.
A merger with the XVIII Comunità Montana Monti Lepini, Area Romana to form the Compagnia dei Lepini is planned.
The territory of the Comunità Montana includes the part of the Monti Lepini and the Monti Ausoni that lies in the province of Latina.
The Comunità includes the following municipalities:

- Priverno
- Prossedi
- Rocca Massima
- Roccagorga
- Roccasecca dei Volsci
- Sermoneta
