Constantin von Barloewen

Constantin von Barloewen (born November 29, 1952 in Buenos Aires ) is an international anthropologist and cultural scientist.

The project was under the auspices of the United Nations . He teaches at the Université Européenne de la Recherche and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Academy.
