Constantin von Brandenstein-Zeppelin (born June 22, 1953 in Biberach an der Riss ) is a German management consultant, Knight of Honor and Devotion Grand Cross of the Order of Malta , President of the Würzburg Siebold Society and until June 16, 2018 honorary President of the Maltese Aid Service .

family

Constantin is the son of Alexander Graf von Brandenstein-Zeppelin (1915–1979) and Ursula Freiin von Freyberg-Eisenberg -Allmendingen (1917–1985). This marriage resulted in four children, including the older brother Albrecht von Brandenstein-Zeppelin . You are the great-grandson of the airship builder Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin and great-great-grandson of the Japanese researcher Philipp Franz von Siebold .

Life

He studied law and business administration at the Universities of Vienna and Munich , where he was also active for the RCDS . The doctor of business administration has been running a management consultancy in Frankfurt am Main since 1990 . In 1990 he also took over the management of the Malteser Relief Service in the diocese of Fulda. From 1992 to June 16, 2018 he was President of the Malteser Aid Service. In March 2018 he announced his resignation as president. He is the owner of Brandenstein Castle in Schlüchtern-Elm , Hesse , where he has lived since 1983. Brandenstein-Zeppelin has been married to Ameli, née Princess zu Löwenstein-Wertheim- Freudenberg (* 1953), since 1978 .
