Laboratory container
Laboratory containers (also known as container laboratories or mobile laboratories) are specially designed room containers and container structures that are designed in accordance with the requirements, standards and guidelines for laboratories . These can be expanded as individual containers up to a complete container village, which is made possible by the modular construction .
Areas of application
Laboratory containers are often used for removals and renovations in order to maintain stationary laboratory operations. Loading on ships for research purposes as well as being deployed and dismounted in polar research is typical . The army holds in her modular medical facilities (sanctuaries, marine applications rescue centers , use hospitals ) in the areas of operation principle clinical chemistry and depending on the application and microbiological laboratory containers as "field laboratories" before. There are other military uses in the area of NBC defense forces and in the area of medical NBC protection for the armed forces.
Semi-stationary laboratory containers offer the possibility of temporary setups at different locations. Mobile laboratories are implemented as laboratory containers on a trailer or as a converted trailer. These are designed to be self-sufficient for use on the road or off-road.
Technical Equipment
In contrast to an office container, complex technical protective measures must be observed in a laboratory container. These are based on the standards and guidelines for laboratories . The ventilation system , the electrical and sanitary installations as well as the laboratory furniture must be specially adapted to the analyzes to be carried out.
