Cornel Fredericks
Cornel Fredericks (born March 3, 1990 in Worcester , Cape Province ) is a South African hurdler who specializes in the 400 meter distance .
In 2010 he won silver at the African Athletics Championships in Nairobi , and in 2011 he was fifth at the World Athletics Championships in Daegu .
At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, he was eliminated in the preliminary stages, and at the 2013 World Cup in Moscow, he reached the semi-finals.
In 2014 he won the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow , the African Championships in Marrakech and the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech .
He set his personal best of 48.14 on April 10, 2011 in Durban .
