Corrine Malcolm (born April 2, 1990 in Hayward ) is a former American biathlete .

Corrine Malcolm lives in Lake Placid . She studies at Montana State University and starts for the local Montana State University ski team , where she is trained by Jonne Kähkönen and Patrick Coffey. She started biathlon in 2010, after having previously cross-country skiing and having contested eight FIS races in 2010. She has been a member of the US national B team since the 2011/12 season .

Malcolm had his first international appearances at the Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě , where she was 63rd of the individual, 33rd in sprint races, 46th of the pursuit and with Grace Boutot and Kelly Kjorlien 16th in the relay race. This was followed by appearances in the junior races of the Open European Championships in Ridnaun , where she was 21st in the individual and sixth in the sprint, but did not finish the pursuit race. With the US mixed relay, which also did not end because of lapping their race, Malcolm was eleventh at the side of Grace Boutot, Ethan Dreissigacker and Raileigh Goessling . At the North American Invitational 2012 in Jericho , she was fourth in the sprint behind Hannah Dreissigacker , BethAnn Chamberlain and Katrina Howe . She won the pursuit race, but did not start in the mass start race. In the further course of the season she started in Canmore in her first races in the IBU Cup , which were held outside Europe for the first time. In her first sprint she immediately won points as 30th and improved her best in the next sprint to 27th place.
