Costa Nhamoinesu (born January 6, 1986 in Harare ) is a Zimbabwean football player who is currently under contract with Sparta Prague .

Early life

Nhamoinesu was born in Harare and raised with his parents in the city and his grandparents in the country. During his school days, he started at a football club that paid for his education and housing.

Career

During his time in the Premier Soccer League as a player for Masvingo United , Costa was discovered by a talent scout and placed with the Polish amateur team KS Wisła Ustroniaka. In July 2008 it was loaned to Zagłębie Lubin and bought by Zagłębie two years later. During his time in Lubin he was one of the best left-backs in the Polish league . In 2013 Costa moved to Sparta Prague . He had also received offers from Russia , Germany and Turkey .

International

Nhamoinesu played for the Zimbabwean national soccer team from 2008 to 2011 and has played eight games for the Warriors .
