Count Your Blessings is the debut album by the English metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon . It was distributed by the Visible Noise and Earache labels and released on October 30, 2006 in the UK and August 14, 2007 in the USA.

The album was produced by Dan Sprigg. The album contains eleven songs and has a total playing time of 36:15 minutes. The band played pure deathcore at the time of release , which changed on the second album Suicide Season , where the band used significantly more influences of metalcore . Founder Sykes justified the change in music style with the fact that too many bands were currently playing deathcore.
