Craig Fuller

Craig Lee Fuller (* in Cincinnati , Ohio ) is an American country rock - singer and - guitarist .

In 1970 Fuller was one of the founding members of the Pure Prairie League , with which he recorded two albums in 1972. In the same year he left the band again. In 1976 he founded the folk-rock band American Flyer together with Eric Kaz , Steve Katz and Doug Yule , which only released two albums and separated again in 1978. Fuller and Kaz then teamed up and recorded the album Craig Fuller & Eric Kaz . In 1979 Fuller worked as a studio musician for Bonnie Raitt and Richie Furay .

In 1986 he helped Mannheim Steamroller on one of their albums and in 1988 became the lead singer of Little Feat . He stayed with the band for three albums and was replaced by Shaun Murphy in 1993 . In the following years he played on productions by Linda Ronstadt and Jimmy Webb and is still active as a session musician in the 21st century , for example for Irene Kelly and Poco .
