Cristian Hidalgo González (born September 21, 1983 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish football player .
Player career
The native Catalan Cristian Hidalgo comes from the youth of FC Barcelona , but could not assert himself there and went to Deportivo. With the Galicians he became a regular player in the Primera División in his first season .
He scored two league goals for Deportivo. The latter was a hit on December 9, 2007 at FC Barcelona at Camp Nou from a distance of over 30 meters. He also played regularly in his second season at Depor, but was thrown back by several minor injuries.
He played for Elche CF from mid-March 2012 until the end of the 2011/12 season .
In the summer of 2012 he moved to Cyprus to join Alki Larnaka . In January 2013 he moved again to Cherno More Varna in Bulgaria .
Hidalgo spent the 2013/2014 season in Israel at FC Bnei Sachnin . He then moved to India for Chennaiyin FC . In the first half of 2015 he played for Maghreb Tétouan in Morocco. He was then without a club for half a year before he was hired by Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț in the Romanian League II . In April 2016, however, his club had to file for bankruptcy.
Hidalgo was again without a club for six months before the EC Granollers signed him in November 2016 , who played in the Tercera División . In October 2017 he moved to UE La Jonquera . In the summer of 2018, he joined FC Martinenc , and after just a few weeks he moved to FC Ordino in Andorra.
