Cristian Manuel Chávez (born June 16, 1986 in Pilar , Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine national soccer player .
Club career
Cristian Manuel Chavez made his debut for Boca Juniors in 2005 when he came on as a substitute for the second half against Club Almagro .
However, Chavez did not play his next games until two years later. In the same year , Boca won the Copa Libertadores , with Chavez not being used there. By winning the title, the capital club qualified for the Recopa Sudamericana against Arsenal de Sarandí, which was held the following year . In the 2-2 in the second leg, which was enough to win the Supercup after the 3-1 first leg success, Chavez was substituted on in the final phase.
