Cristina Bucșa (born January 1, 1998 in Chișinău ) is a tennis player who started for the Republic of Moldova until 2015 and since then for Spain .

Career

Bucşa started playing tennis at the age of five and prefers hard courts. She mainly plays in tournaments on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , in which she has already won four singles and seven doubles.

She played her first professional tournament in March 2013 in Madrid . She reached her first final in February 2015 in Palmanova , where she played from qualification to the final and only there was defeated by Amanda Carreras 5: 7 and 0: 6. She reached another final in September 2016 in Madrid, where she was only just defeated by Nuria Parizas Dias in three sets .
