Rosalie van der Hoek (born December 16, 1994 ) is a Dutch tennis player .

Career

Van der Hoek started tennis at the age of seven and prefers to play on clay courts. She mainly plays on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , where she has already won 27 titles.

At the ITF Women's Circuit Chiasso 2017 , she lost the final with her partner Kateřina Kramperová in three sets. At the Montreux Ladies Open 2017 , she lost with her partner Manon Arcangioli in the semifinals.

In 2018 she lost the final of the ITF Women's Circuit Chiasso 2018 against Cindy Burger in three sets. At the $ 100,000 O1 Properties Ladies Cup 2018 , she lost to Valentini Grammatikopoulou in the quarter-finals. In singles she received a wildcard to qualify for the Libéma Open , her first singles tournament on the WTA Tour . She lost there in the first round against her compatriot Lesley Kerkhove with 3: 6 and 2: 6. At the Citi Open 2018, she and her partner Katie Swan moved up for the first time in the main draw in doubles at a tournament on the WTA Tour. They lost in the first round to Belinda Bencic and Anhelina Kalinina . At the $ 150,000 Oracle Challenger Series in Houston , she made it to the quarter-finals with her partner Jessy Rompies , as well as at the Dow Tennis Classic 2019 with her partner Katherine Sebov .
