Live and act

After attending elementary school and the rectorate school in the Westphalian Hilchenbach and the secondary school in Lüdenscheid (1908-1913) Wiebel joined the 1st Westphalian Pioneer Battalion No. 7 in Cologne in 1913 as a flagjunker . After attending the war school in Glogau , he was promoted to lieutenant in May 1914.

From 1914 to 1918 Wiebel took part in the First World War, in which he was awarded the Iron Cross of both classes. After the end of the war, Lichtschlag was a member of the Westphalian Freikorps until February 1920 , from which he was officially withdrawn on March 31, 1920.

In the 1920s, Wiebel worked his way up from being a trainee in a potash plant to being the plant manager and ultimately the leaseholder of this plant.

In April 1926 Wiebel joined the National Socialist German Workers' Party ( membership number 35.046). In 1934 he became a full-time leader in the Sturmabteilung , the party army of the NSDAP . From June 1, 1935 to 1941, he served as NSDAP Gauamtsleiter in Gau Osthannover. In the German Labor Front he held the function of district governor.

On July 27, 1937, Wiebel entered the National Socialist Reichstag , which was formed in March 1936 , as a replacement for the resigned MP Fritz Fröhlich . He was a member of the German parliament until at least 1941, possibly even until the end of Nazi rule in May 1945, as a representative of constituency 15 (East Hanover). On June 3, 1941, he was awarded the party badge in gold . His life after 1941 has not yet been determined.
