D'Autray is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region of Lanaudière and consists of 15 subordinate administrative units (three cities, five municipalities and seven districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Berthierville . The population is 41,989 and the area 1092.9 km², which corresponds to a population density of 38.4 inhabitants per km².
