The building at Dachstraße 33 , which is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony , in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was probably built around 1900. The villa in Dachstrasse on the corner of Maria-Eich-Strasse, formerly the Hubertus restaurant , is a protected monument .

Today's house with a corner tower and half-timbered gables was built according to plans by the architects Anton Thunig and Andreas Pabst.
