Dag Erik Kokkin (born June 4, 1987 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Dag Erik Kokkin contested his first races in 2007 as part of the Junior European Cup. He was able to win his second sprint in Geilo . In 2008 he started at the Junior World Championship in Ruhpolding . There he only achieved a 30th place in the individual, but he achieved single-digit results in all three other races. He came seventh in the sprint, sixth in the pursuit, and won the silver medal in the relay race. The Norwegian has been running in the European Biathlon Cup since 2008 . There Kokkin contested his first sprint race in Idre and came in 50th. Only three races later he achieved a first single-digit result in Altenberg in sixth place. In Ufa he started at the 2009 European Biathlon Championships . In all four races he was able to finish in the top ten. Kokkin finished eighth in the sprint and tenth in the pursuit. In the individual he only had to admit defeat to Viktor Wassiljew . In the relay competition he won the title as a starting runner with Henrik L'Abée-Lund , Tarjei Bø and Rune Brattsveen . Dag Erik Kokkin made his debut in the World Cup at the 2009 season finale in Khanty-Mansiysk . In the sprint, he finished 69th.
