Dagmar Palečková-Švubová (born August 9, 1958 in Nové Město na Moravě , Kraj Vysočina ) is a former cross-country skier who started for Czechoslovakia .

Švubová entered the 1980 Olympic Winter Games in Lake Placid . In the individual races over 5 kilometers and 10 kilometers, she finished 13th and 16. With her colleagues Květoslava Jeriová , Blanka Paulů and Gabriela Svobodová , she reached fourth place in the relay race over four times 5 kilometers. At her second Winter Olympics in Sarajevo in 1984 , she finished 20th in the 5 kilometer race. In the relay she was able to win the silver medal with her teammates Jeriová, Paulů and Svobodová.

As early as 1978, Švubová, at that time still under her birth name Palečková, took part in the Nordic World Ski Championships . Together with Anna Pasiarová , Paulů and Jeriová, she reached sixth place in the relay race. At the World Championships four years later she was in the individual races over 5 kilometers and 20 kilometers 12th and 15th. In the relay, she finished 5th. Her last World Cup participation had Švubová in 1985 , when she competed over 20 kilometers and in the relay. She reached places 20 and 5.

During her career, Švubová was able to win a race over 5 kilometers at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival and over 10 kilometers at the Lahti Ski Games .

At the Czechoslovak Championships Švubová won five times with the relay (1979-1982, 1984) and once over 10 km (1986).

Švubová is married to the former cross-country skier and 1980 Olympian Jiří Švub .
