Damir Karakaš (born November 21, 1967 in Plašćica near Letinac , Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian writer .

Karakaš is a signatory of the declaration published in 2017 on the common language of Croatians , Serbs , Bosniaks and Montenegrins .
